Lexington Middle Competes in ESU 10 Science Olympiad

Fifteen Lexington Middle School students competed at the Regional Science Olympiad in Kearney, NE on March 17th. 7th graders included Daphnie Raelpe, Dakota Wigstone, and Eduardo Tecla. 8th graders competing were Jordan Neben, Julian Montes, Skyler Speer, Halle Gydesen, Casey Seberger, Danny Ibarra, Lucas Burch, Yohana Lopez, Vanessa Ambriz, Jonathan Mejia, Justen Gutierrez, and Melissa Faz.
Bringing home the hardware for the Middle School includes Halle and Casey placing 2nd in the Write It/Do It, Halle and Skyler bringing home a 3rd place in Experimental Design with their bridge, and Daphnie and Eduardo placing 3rd in Wright Stuff in flying their plane.
The group worked with coaches Michele McKeone, Erin Hanna, Darren Hanson, and Jody Bauer. They did an awesome job representing our school
