The Minutemen tried to take the lead, but came up short. The final score was 18-17.
The “B” team was out to avenge the loss of the “A” game as they came out strong. Like the “A” game, the Minutemen and the Indians exchanged the lead throughout the game. In the end, the Minutemen came up short. The final score was 17-15. The Indians prevailed again.
The two “C” teams played the last game of the day. Both teams did a great job on offense and on defense. In the end, the Indians won the last game with the score of 14-7. The coaching staff was pleased with the players’ effort. The Minutemen are looking forward to their second home game of the season. It will take place on February 9th, against Holdrege Middle School at 4PM.
