Blogging Trial on Studywiz

Mrs. Hanna's Language Arts classes are experimenting with blogging in Studywiz. By creating their own blogs, students will potentially gain more readers and feedback for their writing.

So far, each student has an entry titled "Getting to Know Me Essay," a fill-in-the-blanks assignment in which students complete the body of the essay by writing accordian paragraphs about a hobby, person, and place.

Over the course of the school year, student blog entries will create an online writing portfolio that may be accessed anytime.

To access your blog, you need to:

1. Login to Studywiz.

2. Click on the navigation tab titled "Tools."

3. Select "My Blog" to see your own blog or select "Other Blogs" to search (by class period, blog entry title, or tag) for another student's blog.
