We are having our LMS 8th Grade Science Fair Night Tuesday October 16, 2007. It will be in the cafeteria from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. We are asking your students to stay on this night to talk to the judges about their experiment.
We feel it is very important that they attend this part of the Science Fair. They have worked for 9 weeks on their project during class. They need this time to explain to the judge what they are testing, what they observed and what they have learned. They will be expected to dress for success. Nice slacks, dress shirt and appropriate shoes.
We also encourage you to show support for your child by attending this special event. The only thing that will be happening this night is the judging of their project board. There will be no activities or concession stand this evening.
