STARS Team Set For Next Year

The STAR team is scheduled and ready to go for the 2007-2008 school year. Teachers were given test scores in math and reading as well as previous teachers recommendations about student's writing abilities. From these recommendations students were placed into classes designed to meet a student at their skill level. All students are scheduled into a math, reading, language arts, science and social studies class. In addition, students will have explore classes consisting of art, living skills, technological education, computer skills, chorus, health and PE. Students who do not wish to take band will be part of an activity class.
LMS students will be happy to know that ZAP (Zeros Aren't Permitted) class will return for next year as well.
