MUG shots worksheets

Every Monday, students receive a MUG worksheet.  They are encouraged to find as many mistakes as they can in each problem.  Headings tell students what type of mistakes to look for and I have told them how many mistakes are in each problem.  I expect good efforts to be made.  Students are expected to find as many mistakes as they can.  Sometimes, the worksheets give us problems we haven't discussed yet.  On Thursdays, we get out our worksheets and a red pen.  Students volunteer mistakes they found and we share them on the white board.  Students make any necessary corrections to their worksheet at this time.  We discuss any material that needs clarification.  Students then turn in their worksheet to the teacher.  Students who make an honest effort and correct all mistakes receive a 100% participation grade.
